Dean Price is Executive Vice President for Global Realty. Global Realty is responsible for site selection and acquisitions for several entities including Atlantic Housing Partners and Southern Investment Group. Dean also serves as an officer and legal counsel for these entities. In this capacity, he manages negotiations of the terms and the form of all purchase agreements on their behalf.
Since 1993, Mr. Price has been involved in the acquisition of land for the development of over 20,000 multifamily residential units.
Mr. Price received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Michigan Bar and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida, Georgia and Michigan.
JAMES A. KLOHN
Legal Counsel - Acquisitions
Global Realty Company
James Klohn is the legal counsel for Global Realty. His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing all real estate purchase agreements and condominium documents. In addition, Mr. Klohn reviews title commitments and coordinates closing and other documentation with outside counsel.
Mr. Klohn received his Bachelor's degree in criminal law at Kent State University and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
Mr. Klohn is a licensed member of the Florida Bar Association and is a Florida Realtor. He is also a member of the Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Attorneys Mortgage Services.
RON SCHWARTZ
Global Realty Company
Ron Schwartz is Vice President of Acquisitions for Global Realty. Ron specializes in identifying land for acquisition by Global's clients.
Ron Schwartz has vast development knowledge having experience as a Partner in a real estate development company and as a Real Estate Consultant. As a Partner in Provident Land Group, Mr. Schwartz was responsible for all land acquisition and predevelopment activities within the company. At Provident Land Group, he also provided extensive site selection and advisory services to land users entering the Florida market. As a Real Estate Consultant at Fishkind & Associates, Mr. Schwartz supported both private and public interest regarding the development of real estate. His clients included some of the largest land owners and developers in the state of Florida as well as many cities and counties hosting new developments.
Mr. Schwartz graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rowan University. He earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. He is also and active member of the Urban Land Institute.
